Some opinions worth a look

Some opinions worth a look

I've got a couple of more good pieces I want to pass along today.

The first is an op-ed by Robert B. Blancato, executive director of the National Association of Nutrition and Aging Services Programs. Writing in Tampa Bay Online, Mr. Blancato comments on the wrong way to reform entitlements, concluding that the Independent Payment Advisory Board, or IPAB, has "fatal flaws" and should be discarded.

The second is a letter to the Maryland Gazette from Kathleen T. Snyder, president and CEO of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Snyder writes about the need for better public policies designed to encourage continued development of Maryland's dynamic biopharmaceutical research sector.

Both are well worth a look.
